Custom caps are made-to-order overseas and allow us to offer them to you in an expansive variety of customizable options. In addition, embroidering a logo on a flat panel prior to constructing the cap allows for finer detail, expanded 3D capabilities and larger logo sizes. Since custom caps are made-to-order and ship from overseas, they require a longer lead time.
Stock caps are pre-built Nike caps in key styles and core colors, kept readily available in our Missouri facility. While finished cap embroidery has some limitations, orders are completed and out the door in only 5 days from sew out approval.
